Thursday’s networking event at Sheffield57 was a chance to mingle amongst the delightful environs of this upscale development–and to get a hint of what’s to come at future events organized by Hudson Land Co.’s Anthony Kazazis. (Don’t worry, they’ll be listed on GreenPearl as soon as the details are set!) Kazazis has a few other things going on, like his Queen’s Real Estate Expo that is moving to Manhattan’s Roosevelt Hotel, will cover the entire city, and is renamed the New York City Real Estate Expo… After the frantic networking over coffee and snacks eased down a bit, he took a moment to run down the list of speakers scheduled for said future gatherings; a number of those speakers gave brief overviews of what they’d be talking about. Terrence Oved, for example, indicated that he will focus on how to best protect your clients when good deals go bad, among other challenges of today’s markets.
