Practice Experience
Mr. Crusius has a wide range of experience in complex commercial litigation matters, representing large small and middle sized businesses as well as public corporations in matters involving e-commerce, contract disputes, real estate, bankruptcy, intellectual property, entertainment and civil rights. Mr. Crusius also has extensive appellate experience, having argued in the state and federal appellate courts and has represented several clients in both mediations and arbitrations.

Mr. Crusius was previously associated with The Law Firm of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP. Previous to his work at Wilson Elser, Mr. Crusius engaged in a wide range of litigation from inception through trial, representing municipalities, school districts, individuals and unions including the New York City Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association.

Matters Mr. Crusius has worked on have been reported on in the New York Daily News, the New York Post, the New York Law Journal and the Center for New York City Law Journal.
