Practice Experience
Mr. Sakin has a broad spectrum of experience in complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He has participated in numerous commercial litigations involving major investment banks, global financial institutions, mortgage securitization entities as well as several unsecured creditors committees.
Prior to joining Oved & Oved LLP, Mr. Sakin worked as a litigation associate with the international law firm, Latham & Watkins LLP.
