Practice Experience
Mr. Sapir received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he graduated in the top of his class with a concentration in Property and Real Estate law. While at Cardozo Mr. Sapir served as an executive board member of a nationally recognized law journal. Mr. Sapir has participated in numerous residential and commercial real estate closings and has experience drafting documents for coop and condo governance. Mr. Sapir also has vast knowledge in various practice areas including trademark law, corporate law and commercial litigation.
