Practice Experience
Mr. Seidenstein has experience with several different facets of the law, primarily including commercial litigation, real estate aquisition, financing and disposition as well as entertainment law. He has participated in litigations involving manufacturers, retailers, copyright holders, and various other industries. Further, Mr. Seidenstein has aided in the representation of actors, directors, producers, screenwriters and authors. Additionally, he has participated in both commercial and residential real estate closings as well as extensive drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for industrial, office and hotel properties as well as air rights agreements related thereto.

His experience includes drafting and editing actor, director, screenwriter and producer agreements. In addition, Mr. Seidenstein’s experience also includes preparing legal briefs, second seating depositions, strategizing and conducting discovery, and participating in all aspects of preparing a case for trial.
