Practice Experience
Mr. Tretter’s practice focuses on complex commercial, corporate, real estate, and intellectual property litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has represented domestic and international companies, as well as individual clients, in numerous disputes in state and federal courts. Mr. Tretter has experience in all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, including discovery, e-discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and appellate advocacy. Prior to joining Oved & Oved LLP, Mr. Tretter was associated with the international law firm of Blank Rome LLP specializing in complex commercial litigation matters.
